The eight-week S&P period at Gourmet Xchange

If the option lapses, 2.5% of the option fee is typically forfeited and 2.5% refunded; the exact terms are set out in the Option to Purchase. GST accrues on every instalment, so budget for it stage by stage rather than at the end.
