What sits behind a Gourmet Xchange price
Every purchase price at Gourmet Xchange is the price before GST. As an industrial purchase it attracts Buyer’s Stamp Duty on the commercial and industrial scale, which tops out at 5%, and 9% GST charged instalment by instalment under the progressive payment schedule. No Additional Buyer’s Stamp Duty applies, for any buyer profile. Paying for a Gourmet Xchange unit
Gourmet Xchange is sold under the progressive payment schedule for a building under construction: 20% across the eight-week S&P period, then instalments as construction milestones are reached, with 25% at TOP and the final 10% on completion.
